Current Opportunity: Remote Tech Support Specialist

We are currently seeking part-time, gig-based 1099 contractors to join our team of remote tech support specialists.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in computer repair and tech support
• Strong background in sales and customer service
• Friendly, patient, and trustworthy demeanor
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms
• Availability to answer phone calls from our dispatch team during business hours
• Flexibility to schedule appointments with customers as needed

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote technical support to customers for a wide range of computer issues
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps in a clear, patient manner
• Maintain high levels of customer service throughout all interactions
• Be available to answer calls from our dispatch team regarding appointment scheduling
